Worst customer service ever. The day of our trip they claimed to have been trying to contact us \all morning\ but I only received the excursion cancellation email at 1pm. Our trip was due to leave at 2:30pm. They claimed mechanical issues, then admitted the other party cancelled. We couldn't reschedule due to leaving Formentera the next day. They said they would refund us that day and it would take 3-4 days to hit our bank. It's been 3 weeks. We've emailed Sergi 5 times. No response. Do not use this company. You will regret it.

Wonderful experience! These guys know how to have fun! And they know what to do and how to explore and enjoy the beautiful island of Formentera. Not only they are very professional on what they do, but as wellvery nice and friendly people . Highly recommendable, and a must-repeat to me

Sergi, the owner, cancelled our excursion 1hr before we were due to depart, even though the weather was perfect and the boat was there already. First we were told that there were mechanical issues, and then he said we were not departing because the other big group in our excursion time had cancelled. He told us that we could join the excursions next day, which we declined as we were going to ibiza that night. He told us we would be refunded within 3 business days. It has been 3 weeks and we have not received our money back, and the company has not replied to our emails asking for our refund. I will never do business with this company again, and I do not recommend it due to their poor communication (everything is communicated via whatsapp, no one picks up if you call their number) and dishonesty.
